When you purchase high-end office furniture from Crossford Furniture Company, we guarantee your satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll work hard to make it right.

Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with the model you purchased, simply contact our Customer Service representatives to let us know what model you’d like to exchange it for.

Customer Service will walk you through the process of returning the product and replacing it with an exchange. Any discrepancy in price will either be credited or debited to your original method of payment.

Returns

If you want to return your Crossford Furniture Company purchase for a refund, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of receipt with your original proof of purchase.

Damaged Merchandise

If your purchase was damaged during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with the shipping company to file a claim and send you a new product to replace the damaged one.

We may need you to take pictures of the damaged merchandise to support our claim.

Shipping

All shipping costs are covered by Crossford Furniture Company. When you contact Customer Service, we will send you a post-paid shipping label.

Refunds

If you elect to receive a refund instead of a replacement, we process refunds within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your purchase. Sometimes, however, credit issuers can take between 5 and 10 business days to process a credit to your account.

If your credit issuer has not received a credit from Crossford Furniture Company within 5 days, please contact our Customer Service.

Payments
Crossford Furniture Company accepts all major credit cards—MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Any refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
